چکیده
Abstract The analysis of the influence various design solutions gas-dynamic stabilization system in plasma torches for cutting metals on efficiency equalizing velocities gas flows along cross-section path is carried out. It noted that evaluation method developed by authors should be based calculation uniformity flow velocity distribution over gas-air torch. A vortex using two swirlers proposed. effect improving reliability and quality shown. results studies proposed gas-vortex metal-cutting are presented. calculating equalization coefficients different parts torch Based calculations, a constructive optimization was performed. experimentally obtained advantages new upgraded terms demonstrated. effects improved reduced nozzle wear This due to higher degree arc torch, which leads decrease its oscillations, and, consequently, an increase process.
